Longchen Nyinthik Ngöndro Lung – with Arne Schelling

We are delighted to announce that Arne Schelling will offer a lung (oral transmission) for the Longchen Nyingthik Ngöndro, the foundational preliminary practices of this profound Dzogchen lineage.

Receiving the lung authorizes and enables practitioners to begin or continue their Ngöndro practice within the authentic transmission of the Longchen Nyingthik. 

Arne will also share brief remarks on the lineage and significance of these preliminaries as the basis for all higher practices.
