Sea to Sky Retreat Centre is located in the Canadian Province of British Columbia and, despite our majestic wilderness setting, we are less than two hours’ drive north of the scenic, cosmopolitan city of Vancouver and only twenty minutes south of Whistler, one of North America’s most popular recreational resorts.

ARRIVING IN VANCOUVER BY AIR

If you’ll be arriving at Vancouver International Airport, information on bus, taxi, shuttle, limousine and rental car services is available on the airport’s web site. From the airport you can find accommodations in Vancouver or connect directly with bus service to the Retreat Centre (see below).

TRAVELER’S INFORMATION

BC Ministry of Transportation maintains a website with current travel advisories, road conditions and scheduled delays for the Sea to Sky Highway (Hwy 99).  Also, road condition updates are aired frequently over the ‘Mountain FM’ radio station (107.1 MHz near Squamish; 102.1 MHz near Whistler).

The Environment Canada weather forecast for the  Whistler region provides the best guess of the weather conditions that you may experience while at Sea to Sky Retreat Centre.

TRAVELING TO SSRC BY BUS 

Skylynx Bus Line  offers service between Vancouver Airport (YVR), downtown Vancouver, and Whistler.   Travel time is normally two hours.  Someone from SSRC will meet your bus given pre-arrangement with SSRC of your travel plans.  Prior to booking bus transport, please ensure that you contact the SSRC Retreat Coordinator by email at [email protected].
