“Lojong” in Tibetan and “Transforming or Training the Mind” in English.
Through these 7 steps we train to release ego clinging and develop compassion for others. These tools have been used for centuries to overcome adversity and face everyday life situations with intelligence and kindness.

EMPOWERMENTS hosted by SIA
All empowerments will be in Tibetan/Sanskrit, with some English instruction. The empowerments will not be livestreamed.

“The only restriction is that empowerments are generally only for tantric or aspiring tantric practitioners. So if anyone is unsure about all the tantric stuff, they shouldn’t come.”
