We want this to be a space for the sangha to gather and hang out, to listen, reflect and discuss the dharma and to engage together in sitting practice.
Date & Time: 4.00pm – 7.00pm Every Sunday. Come from 4pm to hangout and from 5pm for the program of study and practice. Dominic Russell will facilitate these sessions which will include video teachings with Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche, followed by a discussion and meditation practice.

- 7.00-8.00 pm Sitting/Walking meditation
