Dhyana: Rights and Entitlement
Dhyana can be loosely translated as non-distraction or focus. This focus is possible because we have cognizance or awareness. Powerful, infinite and sometimes painful: cognizance is always with us.
Demanding our rights and entitlements can have positive outcomes, but very often this quest is a huge cause of suffering as our lives are so dependent on causes and conditions. Cognizance is the only thing that truly belongs to us: our mind is our wealth.
Mr Khyentse Norbu leads a series of short, guided meditation sessions.
