Monthly Practice Sessions with Jakob Leschly

Introduction to Buddhist Meditation Practice

Last Sunday of the month
Time:  6 – 7 pm (Sydney time) / 10 – 11 am (Central Europe Summer Time)

The Buddha taught meditation to calm the mind and allow for insight. He saw that we all naturally possess an unconditional sanity, which, although temporarily veiled by our speed and confusion, is fundamental to who we are. Meditation allows us to familiarise ourselves with this fundamental ground of our being. This program is intended for anyone curious about meditation and those already engaged in Buddhist study and practice. The program will include a 30-minute presentation of the theory of meditation and a 30-minute session of practice.
