This course provides an in-depth introduction to Buddhism, centered around the Four Noble Truths. Buddhism offers a range of methods aimed at ending suffering by transforming the confused mental states that cause us to misunderstand reality into healthy ones that perceive the true nature of ourselves and others. These teachings offer practical insights into the nature of suffering, its causes, and the path to liberation, enabling us to better relate to and benefit others. By the end of the course, students will gain a foundational understanding of core Buddhist concepts and learn how to apply them in their daily lives.
