Masters of the Nyingma Lineage – with Jakob Leschly

Instructor Jakob Leschly is planning to continue his series of lectures on the Masters of the Nyingma Lineage, which will consist of three sessions.

The Buddhist teaching comes down to us through masters with direct experience, realization, and a message of perfect awakening from the cycle of confusion. We will look at how the Buddha’s Vajrayana teaching originated and spread in India and mainly how it later spread and was practised in Tibet, from where it reaches us today through lineages of accomplished masters. We will also look at some great centres that are essential in preserving the Nyingma lineages.
