Registration for Touch and Go- Guided Meditation Retreat Program
Welcome to the Registration for the “Touch and Go” retreat led by Bruce Ashton, taking place April 18–20, 2025 at Sea to Sky Retreat Centre (SSRC).
Please read the Important information about the retreat program before filling out the registration form:
Retreat Fee:
The Retreat fee covers retreat organizing costs, accommodation for 2 nights, daily breakfast/lunch/dinner, and all-day tea table. Depending on the accommodation options selected, retreat fees for the program will range from $180 – 290 CAD.
Practice Subsidy by KYS:
KYS (an independent organization, not affiliated with SSRC) is accepting applications for financial assistance for participants with demonstrated need.

SSRC Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- 60+ days before retreat: Full refund
- 30–59 days before retreat: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before retreat: No refund guaranteed
Health Considerations:
To protect the health of all participants, staff, and volunteers: If you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have recently been exposed to contagious conditions, please do not attend the retreat. Notify us as early as possible and you will receive a full refund.
Room Assignments:
Please note most rooms on site are double-occupancy rooms. Private room and cabin occupancy are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. In shared rooms, people will be housed with others with similar gender requests for housing. There will be an opportunity to indicate a preference for sharing a room with another participant should you be attending with a friend or partner. Rooms will be assigned in advance based on needs, and at discretion of the organizers.
Accommodation Details:
The Sea to Sky Retreat Centre includes separate buildings for dining, sleeping, and practice. Due to the complexity of accommodating diverse needs, we ask for understanding and flexibility regarding room assignments. View SSRC accommodation photos:
On-Site Accessibility:
Please be aware:
- There are no fully accessible washrooms
- The terrain includes rocky paths, stairs, and hills
- The site is not suitable for standard wheelchairs
If you have mobility or accessibility concerns, please let us know so we can assess and support your needs.
Special Dietary Needs:
We will do our best to accommodate medically required dietary needs, especially severe food allergies.
While we cannot guarantee all preferences can be met, we encourage you to reflect on the difference between preferences and needs in your request, to help us accommodate everyone more effectively.

Arrival and Departure:
Arrival: Friday, April 18, arrive between 3pm-6pm for dinner and orientation
Departure: Sunday, April 20, depart after lunch
