This session draws on Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche’s book Living Is Dying, and explores death and the bardo from different perspectives within Buddhist teaching.
It reflects on:
— Western and Buddhist understandings of death
— The continuity of life and death, and the dynamic nature of the bardo
— How practice and aspiration can offer support and connection in times of transition
