Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche
Say goodbye to the rat race with the Noble Eightfold Path.
This sutra contains teachings given by the Buddha to a 120-year old woman. Upon meeting the Buddha, she asks him questions concerning the four stages of life, the aggregates, the elements and the faculties. The Buddha’s response to her questions forms a complete and profound teaching on shunyata or emptiness. After interpreting and elaborating on the sutra, Rinpoche gives instructions for directly applying shunyata in our own practice and leads two short meditation sessions.
