Shirley Sun is a Chinese Kiwi residing in Auckland, New Zealand. Appointed as the Treasurer of Siddhartha's Intent New Zealand (SINZ) in 2022, Shirley has been actively involved in various Buddhist community activities.

She met Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche in 2014 and became his student, deepening her dedication to Buddhist teachings. Beyond her role at SINZ, Shirley is a Justice of the Peace for New Zealand, reflecting her commitment to community service. She has a deep love for flowers and travel and owns both a flower shop and early childhood education center.

Shirley's passion is fostering spiritual growth and dedication to education and community.
