Unlike traditional religions, Buddhism promotes reason and direct observation. Yet, unlike materialist science, it emphasizes subjective experience as the primary force shaping our reality. The Buddhist path, including meditation, serves to dissolve what confines us and cultivate what liberates us. In this session, we will explore the Buddhist view and its practical application—the path.
