Losar Prayers for Harmony (SI Canada)

Please join us for a virtual session of Losar prayers for Harmony on Losar day, February, 21 at 6:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. We will offer ‘’sang’’ and lamp offerings along with auspicious prayers to dispel all obstacles of natural and human-made calamities, and to pray for positivity and harmony in the world.

Please prepare incense for the Riwo Sangcho practice if you’re familiar with this practice of ‘sang-smoke’ offerings. Please also prepare butter lamps, tea lights, or electric candles for the lamp offering prayers. However, for both the ‘sang’ and ‘lamp’ offerings, one can simply recite the liturgy.

The prayer liturgy will be shared on screen. Most of the prayers we will recite will be both in English and in Chinese. For prayer liturgy click here.
