● 5.30 pm to 6 pm – Jakob Leschly will talk on the foundations of Buddhist theory
● 6 pm to 6.30 pm – Introduction to meditation
● 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm – Meditation session

You can also attend these sessions face-to-face if you are in the Northern Rivers district of NSW, where sessions are held weekly, each Monday. Dominic Russell will facilitate these programs which will consist of Dharma discussions, video teachings with Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche, and the study of Dharma texts. This will be followed by meditation instruction and practice.
