Ani Zangmo, Tsering and Ross will host three online Longchen Nyingtik Ngondro practices which can also be attended in person at the SIA Sydney Practice Centre.
We will be reading through the complete LNN text (Lotsawa House translation …. Click to open text ).
Regardless of which section of Ngondro we are currently focusing on, practising the full text from time to time gives us a sense of the overall LNN practice. Practising in a group can really lift the energy of our practice.
The practice will be livestreamed on Zoom, and also open for in-person attendance in Sydney.
In-person Venue SIA Sydney Practice Room, Unit 22/450 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills. 450 Elizabeth St is a 5-10 minute walk from Central Station. Turn right from Devonshire St onto Elizabeth St (away from the city). The centre is near the corner of Elizabeth and Brumby Streets. Use the intercom for Unit 22. Once you have passed through the second door, please take the lift to level one. Street parking can be found on side streets off Elizabeth St or past Cleveland St.
