Many people are interested in meditation as a method for coping with stress and controlling the mind. But in Buddhism, meditation is used to deconstruct our habitual ways of thought and habit patterns. It is the means not the end: gaining calmness and control is a secondary consideration. Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche introduces a range of meditation and post-mediation techniques to help us to cut through our delusions and come closer to the truth.
