Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche
Talk at University of Toronto on "Supporting Resilience and Mental Health in the Age of AI".
Dhyana, or meditation, is often viewed nowadays as a way to counter modern day problems like anxiety, stress and depression. But dhyana goes much further. In essence, dhyana is mind-training which enables us to look at life without prejudice and preconceptions, so that we really can touch base with sanity. In six short sessions, Mr Khyentse Norbu guides us through meditation techniques we can incorporate into our daily lives to tackle the root causes of our problems and lead us to see the truth.
